There will be a plethora of activities lined up over the 2 days of CharaExpo, with something for everyone, as the featured content for CharaExpo was announced at the second press conference on May 20. From screenings of recent anime movies, a mass of exhibitors and guests, tons of anime merchandise on sale, a 600-seat card game tournament area, photo-taking, autograph and live-drawing sessions at the Mini stage, a colourful daily line-up of events at the main Entertainment stage and even daily live wrestling matches at the event grounds, CharaExpo encompasses a wide spectrum of engaging and appealing content across the anime, manga, games and cosplay culture.

AYANO MASHIRO MINI-LIVE

Hailing from Hokkaido, Ayano Mashiro, a rising Japanese female pop singer famous for her opening themes, "ideal white" from Fate/stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works and "vanilla sky" from Gunslinger Stratos, will be performing her first overseas mini-live at CharaExpo. She recently performed at the Stratos Music Festival in Japan and has been confirmed to be performing at the year's biggest anisong concert, Animelo Summer Live 2015 -THE GATE-, she is the singer to look out for in 2015! Be dazzled by her straight and transparent vocals at her exclusive mini-live on the Entertainment stage at 2.40pm on 20 June and her performance at the CharaExpo Special Stage at 5.10pm on 21 June!

MOVIE SCREENINGS AND OTAKU WARS

If you missed screenings of recent anime movies at the local cinema or just want to rest your tired legs, you can head over to the movie area. 200 seats have been set aside for each airing of Arpeggio of Blue Steel - Ars Nova and THE LAST NARUTO Movie. Movie vouchers will be given out an hour before each screening. Best of all, admission is free! If you think you know all about anime and manga, why not join the Otaku Wars Quiz at 1pm daily and pit your knowledge against fellow otakus? Attractive prizes (and bragging rights) await the triumphant otaku!

MELODIES OF VISUALART'S

Key and Angel Beats fans unite! Prolific Japanese music composer Shinji Orito, responsible for the compositions of many of VisualArt's/Key's visual novels such as Kanon, Air and Clannad, will be joining with singer Ayaka Kitazawa for a rare and special mini-live performance on the Entertainment stage. Open your hearts, listen to the stirring and inspiring melodies of VisualArt's, and let your emotions flow. The VisualArt's Key Special Live Stage will take place at 2.50pm on Sunday, 21 June!

CAPTAIN TSUBASA, CARDFIGHT & GRISIA STAGE PROGRAMMES

A myriad of activities has also been lined up to keep you occupied throughout both days. Highlights include a special talk show on Cardfight!! Vanguard, a panel with Captain Tsubasa creator Yoichi Takayoshi, the legendary Ryo Horikawa's own stage time with the audience and an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at Grisaia with the CEO of Frontwing (developer), character designer Akio Watanabe and illustrator Fumio. Fans of the highly-popular visual novel series, which has been adapted into three animes by studio 8bit for winter and spring, will definitely not want to miss this!

COSPLAY AND WIN A AN ALL-SPONSORED TRIP TO TOKYO GAME SHOW 2015
