Cryton Future Media announced Miku Expo in China on its Facebook page on May 19, along with a link to the official Chinese site, with more details to come. It is the first Miku Expo of 2015. The cities chosen for previous Miku Expos were determined by the number of votes by overseas fans for the "Help Us Find You!!" campaign on MIKUBOOK.Com, the official Hatsune Miku community site for overseas fans run by Crypton.Unfortunately, the website shut down in early 2015 after three and a half years of operation.
